Hi Jason, what a fine print this image would make! The green on the "face" of the spider catches my eye. It might be worth trying to crop the image a little closer on top and left side, leaving the spider in the same corner of the photo. You would still capture the beauty of the flower, but give the spider a little more emphasis. Nice!! |

Wow. Great story and remarkable image. The sharply focused eyes are riveting. The angled wing implies motion. Great equipment of course, but it's really something to be able to catch the perfect focus on the face of a bird approaching at high speed, with the shallow depth of field provided at aperture of f7.1. Awesome!!! |

You did a good job of processing this very beautiful image. I especially like the way you brought out the purple haze in the mountains in background. I too noticed what looks like lens flare above the bush in the foreground. Very nice!! |

Thanks Larry. Yes it's a bit artsy but I didn't think much about it since the group is Nature Plus. Thanks for kindly setting a boundary. Just wait until next month. I have a river otter image that is astoundingly appropriate and I need some advice. |
