15 Aug 25 Comment You have managed to capture all the drama of the interaction between these two birds. Very different looking to UK Goldfinches.
I thought it was on my monitor at first but it moved as I scrolled the image so the little black dot in the middle I think is on the image. My apologies if it isn't!!!

18 Aug 25 Comment Never seen that done before, well done!! Aug 3rd
18 Aug 25 Comment Post processing changes the image completely and the train now looks as if the middle of a dreadful fire!!!
Well done.

20 Aug 25 Comment Certainly looks like an alien monster coming on it's way to earth!!! Well put together composition and very creative.
I think the original of dragonfly is a very good image!!

20 Aug 25 Comment Very effective and either image would stand well by itself. I have tried inverting B&W images myself and they can turn out really good. Never heard the word diptych before!! Aug 9th
20 Aug 25 Comment Lovely backlit shot of the bear.
Interesting idea placing him into a shot of the type of habitat he is found in.
For me, I find bringing his head back to 100% opacity a bit too much. Perhaps drop the opacity down or just have the backlit shape of the bear? Just my thoughts!!

81 Aug 25 Comment Interesting sculpture. I much prefer the coloured version as the B&W is so dark you cannot see any detail?
I cropped out some of the coloured version and lifted the shadows a tad. This, I felt, brought the viewers attention more onto the sculpture.

81 Aug 25 Comment What a beautiful sunrise. Must have been lovely to see.
I like the mountains in the distance lit by the rising sun. I felt that the foreground is a bit too dark and also wondered whether the image could be better with a crop? I have cropped and lightened the FG. See what you think?

81 Aug 25 Comment The leaves have arranged themselves all ready for their photo to be taken!! Well spotted. The diagonal lines of the crack and the leaves works really well. The colours of the leaves add to the image.
Well done.

81 Aug 25 Comment Well spotted image. Lovely lot of texture and detail in the image, well done. Aug 3rd
81 Aug 25 Comment That is a very imposing building!! I am surprised you managed to get all of it in the shot as looks really tall.
Your cropping has worked well and centered the building more. All looks lovely and sharp. Well done.
