20 May 25 Comment Very different presentation of the cyclist. Really makes him stand out, well done. May 14th
20 May 25 Comment Great original portrait.
At first I hadn't realised what the wing was at his shoulder. Had to look into the image to see the flying eagle that you had placed there.
You have created a painterly effect. What about bringing his eye back so it stood out more?

20 May 25 Comment Well captured and I really like changing the reflection to mono. As you say it makes it feel like a portal to a different world. May 4th
20 May 25 Comment The post processing has made a great image. Very effective and also gets rid of the rather cluttered background.
I wonder whether a crop at the top might bring the woman out more?

20 May 25 Comment Quite a ghostly feel to the image.Lovely positioning of the wings. I think the feet are a fun aspect of the image.
Well done

81 May 25 Reply Thanks, Ian. Yes do agree with the comments about image needing to be wider. May 14th
81 May 25 Comment Well done for getting a macro lens, they are good fun. I think you will find that you can get even closer when you get used to it.
Lovely clear and sharp image of the pineapple. The background though busy is nicely blurred keeping the eye on the main subject.
Well done.

81 May 25 Comment That looks delicious!!
Lovely shot of your grand daughter. Although her head is on one side the eyes are directed at the camera. Lots of vibrant colours.
Perhaps try and blur the background a little?

81 May 25 Comment Can understand why you thought these two roses were worth taking a photo of. They are beautiful.
The colours have come out really natural and I like their positioning. The black background makes them stand out.
Another time try a texture with colours taken from the flowers to see what that looks like. Might make the image look a bit softer? Only my opinion!!
Great shot.
