The post processing does make it look like a water colour painting. Great effect!! |

Great shots of the swans. They are not an easy subject. You have got the exposure right as there is still plenty detail in their plumage.
I just wonder whether I would have included a bit more of the snowy background e.g as far as the first boulder just to break it up a little? |

I think you have made a beautiful image. The moons reflection in the water works really well and add to that the glow on back of the Gull finishes off the image!! Tha anchored sailboat balances the foreground. |

The composition works and the sky and foreground blend well together. I agree with Fred that the dancer does tend to float and a shadow would help with that. Well done. |

A great image really well put together!! The placing of the figures is just right and does give the image a depth. I like the light line that goes from left to right making you really look at all of the image. Well done. |

A stunning image!!!! The black velvet background accentuates the colour of the flower. The piece (?) coming out into the left hand side gives the image balance and the border finishes it all off. My type image, well done! |

Randy, I was not too sure which version you wanted to be the main image so opted for the colour one. Hope ok?
Lovely image of the little boy who seems to be enjoying himself. He is looking straight at you and all sharp. Exposure seems to be spot on so well done as looks as if a night time shot.
I think I like the B&W version best as it seems to give it more atmosphere. I have had a little play and taken out the bright spots in the background and also the pen. See what you think. |

He certainly does look forelorn and if standing on one of those nails that is probably the reason!!! You did well for him to sit and watch while you took his photo!!
He is lovely and sharp and I like how you have made the sky a more intense blue.
I had a little play!! I cropped in more and then in ACR I lifted the shadows a little as well as the whites. This made the sky lighter so I brought back the blue. Ended with removing the nails. Just my take on the image, see what you think?

Lovely!!! Love the unusual angle. You have done well to get so much of her sharp using such an open aperture. She is looking straight at you and post processing has brought her eyes out.
Shame you managed to cut off her right ear tip in post processsing!!
Well done |

Thanks, Tom. I like what you have done. I must have a look at Toopax Pphoto AI. I have Topas Studio 2 but do not think it is included in that. |

Well done for spotting this lovely lady and separating her so well from the background. Looks to be a very photogenic event to go to!! Considering you seemed to be a good distance away she is lovely and sharp and has stepped into the light at the right time for you.
I think I would have preferred for the BG to be black rather than having "shadows" in it. I had a go in photoshop and made the background black. Then in levels I brought up the mid-tones a little. Using a brush in overlay and white I made her feather a bit brighter. See what you think. Just my idea!! |
