18 Feb 23 Comment Post processing has made the image vibrant and more interesting. Intteresting how the audience has been made into an integral part of the image. Feb 14th

20 Feb 23 Reply Bob,
Thanks for that and yes, what you have done does help.

20 Feb 23 Comment A well composed shot with the tree on the left balancing the steeple. You have managed to bring out a lot of detail with the Topaz filters you have used. The colours work well and some nice detail in the sky.
Well done.

20 Feb 23 Comment I hope your wife liked it?
A lovely tribute to her and very well put together. I like the black texture you have added and it gives the image a, to me, nice grittiness.
The only thing I would do is to reduce the size of the rose as I find it a bit overpowering and taking over the image?

20 Feb 23 Comment A good subject, one I have tried in the past. Not easy with the lack of lighting. Plenty of detail showing and the original looks to be sharp where needed.
For me it is all a bit too red and over done. But that is just my opinion and it might be exactly how you envisioned the final result.
Well done

24 Feb 23 Comment Just been trying to take a good images of the Snowdrops in my garden but not been very successful as they are all so close together. Like the way you have changed the background and used a bokeh "texture". Never thought to do that!! Feb 14th
24 Feb 23 Comment Very different and lovely vibrant colours. Perhaps get rid of the marks above the flower and one on the righthand side border? Feb 14th

77 Feb 23 Comment Love the BG you have created with the textures. Really suits the Sunflower. Very interesting what you have done to the lower petals. Makes it into a very different image. Well done. Feb 14th

81 Feb 23 Reply Thanks Ian, always appreciate your input!! Feb 18th
81 Feb 23 Comment Very atmospheric!! I thought it was the moon at first then wondered why no craters etc were showing!! If you zoom in real close onto the black dot on the righthand side of the sun you can see a UFO!!!
Not an easy shot to take but exposure etc has been well handled. The crop has improved the image.

81 Feb 23 Comment Well done for spotting these three flowers amonst the rest and managing to isolate so effectively. Like the way they are all in a diagonal line and nice and sharp. Also like the depth of colour in the final image.
Only thing I would have preferred is for them to be not quite so tightly cropped on the left hand side cutting off parts of the top flowers?.
Well done.

81 Feb 23 Comment Another great family portrait from you!!
You have done well with toning down the background and the crop.
What a pity the baby wasn't a bit more happy about what was going on!! For me I think I would make it more into a square crop as I feel there is a bit too much space either side?

81 Feb 23 Comment Thanks Ralph. Feb 2nd
81 Feb 23 Comment Great image and well captured. I love the colour of the rock formation and also the way the trees in the foreground frame it. Lovely detail in the sky and all the colours look really natural.
Well done.

81 Feb 23 Comment He looks a cheerful chappy for a Gargoyle!! Usually very menacing looking!!
Like the way you have gone right in and the background is nicely blurred. Well done for getting rid of the two orange spots from the original. He looks lovely and sharp.
Do wonder if a lighter border might have been better to make him jump out a bit more?

81 Feb 23 Comment This is a great image and I love the colouring that you have in your final image. It has been handled very well in spite of the dark.
Only thing I might have tried is to have a thin keyline round it to separate the image from the background but only my opinion.
Well done.
