To be honest I cannot fault this image!!! I think it is great. The colour tone is lovely and the vignette finishes it off making sure the eye is kept on the main subject.
Well done. |

Sure looks like a bad disaster. I hope nobody was hurt?
A great photojournalistic image recording a tragedy. The policeman doesn't look too impressed with you taking a photo!! Like the way you have cropped right in to the heart of the image and everything lovely and sharp. I wonder if you could have lifted the shadows a little especially on the two nearest vehicles?
Two things bug me!! I would have liked to see all of the police vehicle rather than having it cut in half though understand why you have done so. Secondly, top right, you can see part of a lamp post and some leaves. Could they have been cloned out?
Great image, well done.

She certainly doesn't seem to mind having a camera pointed at her!!
Lovely and sharp and very good eye contact. Surprised you got so much of her face sharp with an aperture of f1.8 and subsequent very small DOF.
My eye does keep going to the white patch on the right just by her ear which, I think could have been cloned or toned down a little. Also her other ear is slightly clipped by the frame you have put on.
Well done. |
