81 Apr 22 Comment Interesting idea to present colour and B&W version as a collage!!
There is some lovely backlighting on the monkey which helps to make him stand out from a very busy background. The monkey is lovely and sharp and the colours are very natural (in the colour version).
I think the image would have more impact if it was cropped in at the top which would help to bring the monkey to the fore. As a personal view I much prefer the coloured version as I do think the B&W is all a bit too dark and losing detail.		 Apr 5th
81 Apr 22 Comment A very different image for the group this month!!
I think the cropping has been done well and I like that it has been converted to B&W which I prefer to the colour version. It does seem to me to be a bit too dark and you can see the edge of a "curtain" on the right hand side. I like the way the model is posed but she does look quite unhappy!!
I would like to see the highlight, that is catching the side of her face, toned down a little as it is quite distracting.
Well done for trying something different.

81 Apr 22 Comment Poor mum looks ready to burst!!
A lovely moment caught with the little boy perhaps able to feel the baby move. I like the crop and the lighting, as usual with your images, is spot on. With mum and the boy both having the same colour jumpers on it all gives the image a lovely "soft" feel to it. Everything is in focus and the composition is good.
Only shame in my opinion is the boys eyes? Pity they are not both open to the same degree? 		Apr 1st
81 Apr 22 Comment With the ISO so high you have done well to get such a clear image!! Your mum looks very proud and enjoying herself. The image shows a lot of her character and your son ensuring she is ok. There is a lovely light illuminating her face and drawing the viewers eye.
I do find the blue/white jumper next to your son very distracting and also the half head showing at the top of his head. Saying that it would seem to be a crowded place and you did well to get what you have!!		 Apr 1st
81 Apr 22 Comment Well done for spotting this guy. I know from experience how difficult they are to photo.
Glad that you cropped right in as he was a bit lost in the original image. His body is lovely and sharp but a shame the wings are not as well but I suspect they were moving. I like the double border you have given it and all the colours well matched.
Only thing I would like to see is the BG toned down a bit as quite light and distracting.
