81 Aug 21 Reply Much better!! Aug 10th
81 Aug 21 Comment Looks like a great place to get lots of good shots!! Lovely and sharp and straight in the frame. The crop has certainly improved the image and made it more interesting.
I think it would be better to crop in to just the bottom two windows quite tight as I feel there is a better balanced image there? Go back and get lots of images!!!

81 Aug 21 Comment Certainly does look like a snakes head and eye!!! The drops on top of the "head" are sharp with the rest out of focus.
I think it would have been better to change it completely to mono. There is some colour at the base of the leaf but rest seems to be B&W?
The leaf on the left hand edge is very distracting and easily got rid of.

81 Aug 21 Reply Thanks, Randy will give it a try. Why the stem grew like that I am not too sure but it was what drew my eye to the flower. Aug 7th
81 Aug 21 Comment I suspect that the shutter speed you used is the reason the image is sharp as it was taken from a moving vehicle!! I like the crop you have done and positioning of the horizon.
I wonder whether you could get a bit more drama in the sky perhaps using levels or curves? I would also be inclined to up the saturation of the forground but that is being a bit picky.
Well seen and well processed image.

81 Aug 21 Comment Great action shot Noel. You have done well to get everything sharp and also have the ball in the shot as well.
Real shame about the background but I doubt you could do much about that on the day. I think I would try and clone it out and just have the bushes there. The white round dot on the left near his shoulder is very distracting as well.
Well done!

81 Aug 21 Reply It is easy to use a mask. Get your texture on top of image and then create a mask on the texture layer. Use a soft brush in white at 100% on the part of the image you want to show through as sharp. Use the brush at different lower opacities in other areas. Aug 2nd
81 Aug 21 Comment Love the colours in this image. I also like the way you have processed it and created a frame using the colours from the flower. All lovely and sharp. I cannot find anything I dislike about it!!
Not heard of Photoroom or Carbon so will have to have a look.

81 Aug 21 Comment A great image of the Sunflowers. I like the way they have been arranged with one flower "looking" straight at you. Super sharp and the lighting makes them stand out well from the background. I also like the frame you have around them.
The only very slight niggle is the leaf that is partially obscuring the flower second from the left. But that is being picky!!
Well done.
