81 Mar 20 Comment Beautiful shot that really shows off the iridescent colours of the beetle. Positioning of the beetle is spot on and all lovely and sharp where needed and a diffused BG.

81 Mar 20 Comment Still beautiful even though past it's best!! Lovely and sharp and the DOF is spot on. Lovely warm light on the flower as well.
The yellow blob on right hand side tends to draw my eye a bit. Could it be toned down a tad?

81 Mar 20 Comment Like the composition of the image and the height you have taken it from. You cannot see it here but there is a big black border round the image which I felt was too much. Instead of that perhaps just increase the number of pixels in your white keyline to help contain the eye?
If you shoot in RAW is there any more texture you could get on the rocks?

81 Mar 20 Comment Like the way her clothes match the colour of the walls!! Wonder if you could have got her to take a "drag" on the cigarette to add a bit more action to the image? Agree with keeping the box in on top left as gives bit more feeling of what the area is like.
I do find that my eye is drawn to the light "bar" (?) just above her right shoulder. Perhaps try and tone it down a little?		 Mar 1st
