81 May 19 Comment Well captured atmospheric image! I suspect this has been taken under fairly low light so you have done well to get so much detail and range of tones. B&W is the right way to go in my opinion.
Chap on the left seems to be sharper than the other and I wonder whether you could lift the shadows a little under his cap to try and show his eyes out a little? Also I find the "arm" on the right hand edge rather distracting.
Overall a great image though!!		 May 10th
81 May 19 Comment Looks painful!!! I do a few of these each morning when I get up!!!
The B & W works really well and I like the low angle you have used. Lovely lot of contrast and he seems to be sharp all over even to the point of being able to see the hairs on his legs.
Only slight niggle I have would be to, perhaps, remove the white marking on mat by his head and also bit of white on floor in the background as bit distracting. Other than that a great image.		 May 9th
81 May 19 Comment A very colourful image and not easy to do!! The colours really compliment each other and I like what seems to me to be some kind of back lighting. Great fun photo!
Would really like to know your set for this as it is my type of image!!		 May 9th
81 May 19 Comment Well spotted image. I like the diagonal composition and the way the Shamrock is peeping though the fern. I think B&W suits it but wonder if it could be lightened a little. I did try on my computer and thought it looked better a bit brighter? Would be interested to see the colour version? May 3rd

I agree with you that the face is not quite as sharp as his hand but do not think that detracts from the image at all.Your eye is drawn to his face because of the lovely lighting. I do find though that I am also looking at the background and wonder if that could be muted a bit more or is it just me? May 1st
