I sort of thought as much too. What you have placed on the table is a reflective surface? |

Wonderful image! Very good directional light (?) from the left and the picture is so crisp. Lovely colors too. |

Two cheers to you and all of us Angela :). Lovely creative image. Colorful poster you created on PS and used it in an interesting manner. Well done. Did you have a flash at the back? |

Interesting, the way the plant starts from the top left and reaches the 2/3rd of the frame.Good colors. The details on the bud seems (at least to me) a tad bit lesser, at f/5. Or is it me, I wonder. |

Captivating image and liked the way it is framed and composed in natural frames. Lovely colors and apt cropping I would say. This looks natural and the green shows the habitat. |

Nice idea of growing a plant that too from a seed! A great initiative during the lockdown. The fruit of which is right here, in your flower. Beautiful and colorful. I liked the color contrasts and the light falling on the petals. An interesting play of light and shadow. I do like the background as is, too. |

Lovely! Very subtle and delicate and has a sense of harmony. Nice color and DOF. Liked it. The veins of the interior flower stands out and could be mellowed down. Was it shot this way or you sharpened further? |

hello Brent, thanks for your comment. You know that is why photography is so subjective is it not? I sort of composed it and liked it this way for the very reasons you have mentioned. I liked the variety of shaped, lines, criss crossing elements and the breathing space. This is why I neither removed the black part nor cropped. However with two of them suggesting, I might try to see how it looks, but would prefer retaining it this way :-). Thanks for endorsing. Could you clarify on (a) IS pronounced? and (b) what transformation on PS? Thanks again. |

Thank you Cheryl. The combo of the light from the back and the keys somehow made it look like a great juxtaposition. I definitely will crop and see if I can post it back here |

Thanks Randall. You are right - I wanted that floating effect of the white keys on the keyboard moving on seamlessly to the backdrop. Sort of dreamy... |

Thank you Angela. I thought I could clone it, but since it was a part of the instrument, I left it. In any case, I shall try. Also the space on the right, white, seemed sort of nice and like a breather. But since you Cheryl are suggesting a crop, I shall crop and see. |
