>< yeah I noticed that too...focus fell off on the far side of the tree more rapidly than I realized it would and the conditions to 'retake' the image passed(we had 1 day of sun amidst a whole month of cloud). Thank you for the critique! |

Always appreciated, because I don't know what I don't know...which is quite a bit. The contrast was perhaps my own fault with the editing, I don't recall what I did exactly but I'll revisit this image and try again. And I agree about the angle up or down, thank you for the feedback! |

Thank you Pat, Chicken of the Woods is actually the name of this particular fungus which is prevalent here where I live and is something that mushroom lovers search for saying it 'tastes like chicken' haha. |

I agree with Michael, this is interesting and because of the activity and bright colors it grabs your attention, but I would also prefer to see faces. |

This is inspiring, in that I want to do this too just looking at this image! It looks like it would be fun and an adrenaline rush your first time. Very neat image, I have no critiques. |

A very strong subject, like everyone already stated the crop closer to the head and I agree with Michael some of the whites seem a little too bright. I'm envious, I rarely see anything like this! |
