Thanks Ian. I will get some practice time in before the next air show. We have jets that fly over our house occasionally as they prepare to land in Cleveland. They are not going 500 mph, but it will be helpful. |

Thanks Sanford. I will have to practice, I missed every shot I took with my 300 zoom! |

Thanks for camera suggestions. I wrote them down for next year.
I did try my 300 zoom, but by the time I found them and tried to focus they were gone. I hope some practice will help. |

Fires have been such a terrible a problem all over. I was shocked to see a photograph on CNN of the California fires last month. It was a shot taken from the exact spot I took my May 2019 posting. It was a picture of the airplane inside the museum with the valley out the window. In the CNN shot the entire valley is filled with smoke. It was also deliberately set. |

Interesting photograph. I have never tried to photograph a reflection before but I am definitely going to try it. |

I like all the special effects we are able to apply in post-processing. This is a really nice effect. You turned an ordinary photograph into an interesting one you have to stop and look at. |

Very pretty photograph. I like the way the yellow tree and sky colors came out in the final image. Definitely worth it for the burs, I'm sure about the ticks. |

I definitely should have used a faster shutter speed. I was concerned with focus, so I set the camera for aperture priority at f14, hoping all would be in focus. They were just going too fast. I didn't have time to make the necessary camera adjustments. A learning experience. I hopefully will be better prepared for the show next year. |
