Hi Gerard, I agree that the 'painted' lines could have better mimicked the bridge pattern. It's a bit tough with limited time as the photo was made during a club field outing and I couldn't keep people out of the area too long. The motion I used is one that I like and frequently apply. Another possibility might be to 'paint' circles or spheres to emphasis the bridge as a mobility facilitator. Karl |

Hi Freddie, The sinuous curves of the slow moving water create a beautiful impression. It's like an upwelling from a spring. An alternate composition would be to flip the image vertically for a waterfall effect.
I didn't get a caged feeling but rather a transport through an environment. I agree with Lauren about the wonderful shadows and color. Nice job bringing out the interesting purple and magenta tones. It's an image I could look at for a long time. Karl |

Hi Lynne, The image has an art-deco feel with the peachy color and vertical gouges in the pillars. The color gives a warm and safe feeling to this aptly titled Cathedral. The image stands alone well. It could also be part of a creative composite if you wish to play around. Karl |

Hi Gerard, Great use of stuff around the house to make a lighting set up. Whenever using glass or translucent material, it's important to carefully clean and remove dust with a microfiber cloth. That saves a lot of retouching time.
The contrast and fine highlight detail in the flower are very attractive. I would like to see it just against a completely white background or with a more elegant vignette/frame completely around the image. The flower itself is well lit and exposed. The 'S' curve stem and ed leaves are well composed. Karl |

Hi Judith, I recall a line from a song that went "making love out of nothing at all'. The original image in small size isn't noteworthy. Your growing facility with post processing software and an artistic sense have taken it to a nicely composed image during the season's first snow. It's all inside your head and now out as a presentable image. Well done! Karl |

The Pixelstick is a 6' long device with 200 RGB LED lights. The built-in micro computer has some profiles preloaded like the rainbow effect in the image. The user can also run images or color schemes via an SD card input sized to 200 pixels (one for each LED light) by any length. I've had great fun entertaining friends at night light drawing parties. The attached selfie was made with The Pixelstick with a flash pop to show myself. Karl |
