79 May 20 Comment Hi Judith, A very elegant dogwood! Beautiful classic composition and wonderful color palette. This would be a good candidate for a print on matte fine art paper or maybe even kozo paper (see Moab papers). I love it as is. Karl May 29th
79 May 20 Comment Hi May, This is definitely a time to slow down and soak up our personal environment. When I looked at the image, I thought it might be a hair but didn't recognize anything else. The thin black hair against the shapes and textures makes an ambiguous art statement. Phones can do marvelous close-up imaging. Karl May 29th
79 May 20 Comment Hi Sandra, This is a wonderful flower. I like the idea of the black acrylic giving the shadowy reflections at the bottom. The two light stems at the top, however, lead me away from the flowers. Since this is a still life, it is also a good candidate for focus stacking. Karl May 29th
